How to Submit an Order
01. Select us as the supplier
In Parachute Health, search for Central Valley Medical Supplies in the supplier directory and select our listing.
02. Build the order
Choose the supplies or equipment your patient needs and attach any supporting documentation you already have on file
03. Sign electronically
Providers can add their digital signature directly inside the platform at the time the order is created. If the signing provider is not present, they can receive a secure link via SMS or email to review and sign the order later.
